"With many attorneys to choose from in Pittsburgh, one of the biggest challenges is finding the right lawyer to take your case. Being charged with a criminal or DUI case is a matter of the highest personal importance. It is not only important to find an experienced lawyer, but one who you trust to have your best interests at heart.

What separates me from other lawyers is my diverse criminal law experience and my focus on customer service. When you hire our firm, you will have the ability to dial directly to my cell phone. I don't have your calls screened by a paralegal or answering service. If I'm able to talk, I'll pick up the phone. If not, I will listen to your voicemail and return your call as soon as possible.

I understand that not every case or client is alike. Some clients are outraged by false accusations and want to go to trial. Others seek a plea deal as early on in the process as possible, and want a strong but sensible advocate to soften the blow. When you call our firm, we listen to your side of the story and work with you to develop a goal for your case.

I will not pressure you into taking a bad plea deal, or profit from encouraging you to fight a losing battle. I will also never shy away from providing you with an honest and direct assessment of your case, whether or not you agree with my conclusions. As a former prosecutor, I looked for weaknesses in cases I was trying to prove to determine if going to trial was appropriate. As a defense attorney, I utilize the same approach to comprehensively examine cases, looking for evidentiary weaknesses that may help our clients. When the evidence against you is strong, I know what it takes to work with prosecutors and police officers to negotiate the best possible resolution of your case.

I have practiced in front of most - if not all - magistrates and Common Pleas Judges in Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Cambria, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Washington and Westmoreland Counties. Our firm will guide you through the local justice system from start to finish.

Whether it's a traffic ticket or a serious felony charge, we understand that your case is extremely important to you. I encourage you to call or text me today to decide if I'm the right attorney to take on your case.
